4. Parmesan risotto
5. Chips
6. Panisse

And then choose 2 of the following vegetables;
1. Green beans with flaked almonds
2. Creamed carrots
3. Baked beans with chorizo
4. Braised red cabbage with apples
5. Brussels sprouts (November & December only)
6. Cauliflower cheese
7. Baked mushrooms, garlic puree
8. Buttered Puy lentils with parsley and sorrel
9. Buttered endive with lemon and orange
10. Ratatouille

Desserts - Please choose 3 of the following desserts ;
1. Crème brulée
2. Tira-mi-su
3. Mulled Agen prunes, yoghurt & white chocolate mousse
4. Bonet – a chocolate crème caramel
5. Chocolate truffle cake (can be "Birthday-cakerized" as well)
6. Chocolate pot
7. Iced nougat, raspberry sauce

9. Santiago tart – almond tart
10. Poached pears with blackberries, coeur à la crème
