5. Chips

And then choose 2 of the following vegetables;
1. Green beans with flaked almonds

4. Braised red cabbage with apples
5. Brussels sprouts (November & December only)
6. Cauliflower “Polonaise” – hard-boiled egg yolks, parley & breadcrumbs

8. Buttered Puy lentils with parsley and sorrel
9. Braised endives
10. Ratatouille

Desserts - Please choose 3 of the following desserts ;
